Working in partnership with the leading security industry media platform, Security on Screen (SoS), we produced high-value interview videos and launched these via targeted PPC campaigns during the exhibition.
THE
CHALLENGE
The Security Event (TSE) is Europe’s leading security industry event. Held annually at the NEC Birmingham, it brings together 450+ global brands as well as 17,500+ industry professionals, exploring trends and the latest innovations in the sector.
To maximise audience engagement and campaign impact, the promotional activities needed to take place while TSE was live. This required rapid turnaround times for video production, approvals and campaign launches, all without compromising on quality. Coordinating multiple stakeholders both on-stand and at corporate offices, tight deadlines and live event logistics added further complexity to the project.

SOLUTION
Careful planning and seamless collaboration between our in-house teams were key to the project’s success. Ahead of TSE, our digital marketing team conducted extensive audience research to develop highly targeted PPC audience profiles. At the same time, we worked closely with Security on Screen to plan interview content and align messaging for each participating company.
Throughout the 3-day event, our video production team worked on-site to record the SoS interviews and edit professional promotional videos within hours of filming. Simultaneously, our digital marketing specialists managed PPC campaign launches in real time, providing clients with continuous support and access to live analytics dashboards to track campaign performance.
THE
RESULTS
We successfully delivered more than 10 high-quality event videos, helping exhibitors showcase their products, services and expertise to a highly targeted audience during TSE. Boosted via audience specific PPC campaigns, we generated over 700,000 video views with optimised budgets.
Through detailed preparation, agile delivery and close collaboration with all stakeholders, we enabled participating companies to maximise their visibility, audience engagement and event impact throughout the show.
