Position: Permanent, 5 days, full time

Are you a creative, enthusiastic event professional, who enjoys delivering high-quality projects for corporate clients?

Our growing team is looking for a talented Project Manager who will work closely with our customers to own and deliver events and conferences in the UK and across EMEA. Your role will include the opportunity to take full ownership of client events, whilst also working alongside senior team members in delivering large-scale, international projects.

The successful candidate will relish the opportunity of joining a dynamic business and delivering a multitude of wide-ranging projects.

Your role

As a Project Manager your responsibilities will include:

  • Full ownership of client projects: from initial brief, venue finding, through to quoting, logistics, delivery and budget management
  • Working with creative teams to produce visually Impactful events
  • Execution of appropriate processes with documentation completed to cover project delivery
  • Oversite of all personnel involved in delivering your projects
  • Production of event road map and managing the client to ensure all work is carried out to pre-agreed deadlines and within budget
  • Effectively lead and support external suppliers in delivering the project to the client’s expectation
  • Support senior team in the delivery of large scale, international projects

Additional Duties may include:

  • Pro-actively working with the company directors and senior management to develop our services
  • Keep informed of industry developments and continually challenge yourself and the team to innovate and advance

What we need

Some of the things that you need to bring to the table:

  • Experience dealing with senior stakeholders – proactive, confident communicator
  • Proven experience working on logistically challenging B2B events
  • Managing day-to-day processes to meet client KPI’s
  • Experience with client communication and project road mapping
  • Experience negotiating with suppliers and managing a budget effectively
  • Comfortable with autonomous time management while working on multiple projects simultaneously
  • A strong team player that wants to help others succeed

Other skills and experience that would set you apart:

  • Experience with hybrid and digital events
  • Experience in setting up and managing online registration platforms
  • A second language may be beneficial
  • An understanding of technical productions such as video, livestreams, software development, social media

Requirements for the Role

    Account Manager – B2B Marketing

    Are you an experienced, dynamic B2B marketer who enjoys delivering projects and campaigns across various channels and regions?

    Our growing team is looking for a new full-time Account Manager to work closely with our customers to create and deliver campaigns that support their business objectives.

    On a day-to-day basis you will be responsible for coordinating with the technical, creative and management teams to provide your customers with the tools they need to reach key decision makers.

    Your role

    As an Account Manger your responsibilities will include:

    • Running monthly campaigns across multiple accounts
    • Managing day-to-day processes to meet SLAs
    • Distributing press materials and liaising with editors worldwide
    • Delivering targeted campaigns on time and to budget
    • Communicating with clients to provide strategic advice and develop new ideas
    • Reporting on the success of activities and providing insights

    What we need

      Junior Graphic Designer

      Position: Full time, Permanent, Hybrid Working (3 days office minimum)
      Salary: Range from £19k – 24k depending on experience.

      An opportunity has arisen to join the creative team at DMA Europa, a leading digital and creative agency in Worcester. As junior Graphic Designer you will work on a variety of projects including brochures, presentations, branding, POS, digital marketing, social media and exhibition stand designs.

          • As a Videographer you will work with a team of talented film makers and creative professionals to deliver innovative, story-led content for our customers
          • Filming on location in the UK and internationally in a range of contexts
          • Working in a studio environment to capture both pre-recorded content and assist during live broadcasts
          • Working collaboratively alongside senior video team members to produce varied and engaging content for use in B2B and B2C marketing

          • You are fluent use of Adobe Premiere Pro and have experience of working with motion graphics in After Effects
