Your role

As an Events Coordinator your responsibilities will include:

  • Collaborating with Senior Project Managers to understand client requirements and event objectives
  • Researching suppliers/venues during the event planning stages
  • Managing communications/logistics with suppliers/venues running up to, during and after events/exhibitions
  • Sourcing and procuring event merchandise
  • Owning and delivering small ad-hoc tasks for clients
  • Providing on-site support during events/exhibitions
  • Handling administrative tasks such as inventory management for event supplies.
  • Support the preparation of event materials and documentation

Additional Duties may include:

      Account Executive – B2B Marketing

      Are you enthusiastic about B2B marketing and keen to help shape successful campaigns?

      We are looking for a dynamic Account Executive to join our growing marketing team. As part of this role, you will be working very closely with the Senior Account Manager as well as our creative, technical and management teams to deliver customer projects. This varied role is an opportunity to gain more in-depth knowledge on full-service marketing campaigns and offers a progression track to Account Manager.

      Your role

      As an Account Executive your responsibilities will include:

      • Coordinating projects for multiple international, large customer accounts
      • Building and maintaining relationships with clients
      • Ensuring the briefing and delivery of deliverables to meet SLAs
      • Liaising with multiple areas of the business on a day-to-day basis including technical, creative, management and admin
      • Driving editorial coverage and opportunities for customers

        Our growing team is looking for a new full-time Account Manager to work closely with our customers to create and deliver campaigns that support their business objectives.

        On a day-to-day basis you will be responsible for coordinating with the technical, creative and management teams to provide your customers with the tools they need to reach key decision makers.

        Your role

        As an Account Manger your responsibilities will include:

        • Running monthly campaigns across multiple accounts
        • Managing day-to-day processes to meet SLAs
        • Distributing press materials and liaising with editors worldwide
        • Delivering targeted campaigns on time and to budget
        • Communicating with clients to provide strategic advice and develop new ideas
        • Reporting on the success of activities and providing insights

        What we need

          Junior Graphic Designer

          Position: Full time, Permanent, Hybrid Working (3 days office minimum)
          Salary: Range from £19k – 24k depending on experience.

          An opportunity has arisen to join the creative team at DMA Europa, a leading digital and creative agency in Worcester. As junior Graphic Designer you will work on a variety of projects including brochures, presentations, branding, POS, digital marketing, social media and exhibition stand designs.

              An opportunity has arisen to join the Video Team at Midland Road Studios to produce highly engaging, quality video content for use in B2B and B2C marketing. Midland Road Studios is part of the Marketing + Technologies group, a leading digital and creative agency in Worcester.

              What you’ll be doing

              • As a Videographer you will work with a team of talented film makers and creative professionals to deliver innovative, story-led content for our customers
              • Filming on location in the UK and internationally in a range of contexts
              • Working in a studio environment to capture both pre-recorded content and assist during live broadcasts
              • Working collaboratively alongside senior video team members to produce varied and engaging content for use in B2B and B2C marketing
              • Seeing projects through from the pre-production process to post-production through generating proofs to final edit
              • Delivering projects for large scale, international events

              • Experience operating professional camera equipment such as Blackmagic cameras
              • Experience filming on location including independently managing lighting and sound requirements to achieve maximum quality
              • You are fluent use of Adobe Premiere Pro and have experience of working with motion graphics in After Effects
              • A proven ability to deliver final engaging edits through following processes of responding to feedback
              • High attention to detail and hold yourself accountable for delivering your tasks to the highest possible standards.
              • Ability to adopt the latest innovations while taking the original briefs into consideration
