IMMERSIVE STAND DESIGN
A bold, open-plan layout showcased eight live demonstration machines in action. Careful traffic flow design ensured visitors could engage with each display while maintaining an easy, natural flow through the space.
LIVING MOSS WALL & HOSPITALITY AREA
A stunning 4m x 8m living moss wall became the stand’s visual centrepiece, blending sustainability and innovation. A luxury hospitality area seated over 50 guests, complete with a dedicated barista service.
OPERATIONAL FUNCTIONALITY
Behind the scenes, the stand included private meeting spaces, integrated storage, and support areas for Mazak’s technical team, balancing show-stopping design with the practical needs of live machine demonstrations.
The stand combined industrial precision with creative elegance. Designed to reflect Mazak’s brand values of innovation and excellence, it offered a comfortable, professional environment for networking, technical demos, and hospitality throughout the five-day exhibition.

Mazak needed to transform a 615m² space into a high-performing exhibition stand that could accommodate eight operational machines, showcase innovation, and provide a luxury environment for clients and guests.

SOLUTION
CONCEPT & DESIGN DEVELOPMENT
Working closely with Mazak, our designers created an open ‘Piazza-style’ layout, positioning each machine for visibility and engagement while maintaining a sense of balance and flow.
CREATIVE EVENT THEMING
We introduced natural textures, modern lighting, and a dramatic moss wall to elevate the industrial setting, creating a premium, welcoming environment aligned with Mazak’s brand identity.
LOGISTICS & BUILD MANAGMENT
Our project management team oversaw every phase, from transport and machinery installation to stand construction, ensuring precise scheduling and compliance with exhibition safety and technical requirements.
ON-SITE DELIVERY & SUPPORT
Throughout the five-day show, our team provided full on-site support, ensuring smooth operations, pristine presentation, and an exceptional experience for both Mazak’s staff and visiting delegates.
