DAY
Well-established in North America, Regal Rexnord wanted to strengthen its presence in Europe. As trusted and authoritative sources of information, selected trade media was invited to an exclusive event to engage directly with the company’s SMEs.

CHALLENGE
To extend the awareness of Regal Rexnord’s solutions and products in Europe, we set out to grow the relationships with key media outlets. To achieve this, we needed to provide journalists with an educational experience and relevant information for their readers.

SOLUTION
Our events and marketing teams created the concept for and delivered a European media day centred around the needs of journalists. From on-site logistics to travel arrangements, media outreach to press kit production and media training and content support, we delivered a turnkey media experience.
THE
RESULTS
A mixture of 13 English and German language horizontal and vertical trade publications attended the event. The day included presentations from senior leadership, exclusive access to subject matter experts, a factory tour, a Q&A session and a press kit as well as evening entertainment. This resulted in significant organic coverage including editor written articles, press kit article placements, new feature opportunities, social media engagement and an on-location podcast recording.
