    With an extensive creative team of 3D artists, graphic designers, illustrators and editors; we operate an established video production department which includes Midland Road Studios, an HD digital XR film studio on-site.

    The motion graphics specialist role sits at the heart of the video department, working collaboratively with the rest of the creative team to help produce animations for videos, adverts, training, events, presentations and more.

    What you’ll be doing day-to-day:

    • Creating high-quality motion graphics for digital content including promotional videos, social media, websites and campaigns
    • Working with both self-created or provided assets
    • Collaborating with the full creative team to bring motion-graphic and video concepts to life
    • Work collaboratively with the video team to produce engaging digital content for a range of clients and purposes.
    • Working with many brands, including global market leaders, showcasing your adaptability to different styles and ability to follow brand guidelines well
    • Work autonomously, with ownership of your own commercial projects

    What you’ll have to offer:

    • An ability to deliver final engaging edits by following process and responding to feedback
    • Experience working across the Adobe Creative suite, including expert use of After Effect
    • Deliver final engaging edits, ready for export in formats ranging from MP4 and MOV to Lottie and GIF
    • A desire to stay up to date on motion trends in digital content
    • Strong communication skills and ability to work on fast-paced campaigns
    • A portfolio of personal or professional work showcasing engaging motion design and creative edits across a variety of contexts
